Overdone
head.
Excessive broad faces, too heavily wrinkled and too wide in the muzzle.These
dogs are quite often overshot in the bite due to the extremely thick
lower lip.
"Boxer"
type of head.
Over large ears, too deep stop and shot muzzle, covered with thick ropey
wrinkles, instead of sorbol like padding.
"Snipey"
Head.
Long narrow muzzle, with poor forehead wrinkling, too large round eye
and weak underjaw.
Poor Head.
Insufficient wrinkling on brow. Ears somewhat pricked and standing away
from head. Eye's rounded and not sunken.
Good Head.
Strong flat, hippopotamus-type head with short, slight stop & broad
blunt, well padded muzzle. Eye's sunken, brow well wrinkled, ears small,
folded and set well forward.
